Up until now it’s only been about MONEY!!!!

I have received an invoice for the second time this morning, none of my payments are reflecting, I have paid all the money's that were due, I have to be very honest, I am highly disgusted with the service I have received up until today. My estate agent has been unprofessional since day one, I was told that MY unit will be shown to me, she didn’t even know which unit to show me, I was shown an upstairs unit and was told, ag its exactly the same thing...eventually I was shown a downstairs unit that was already occupied, but thank goodness the occupant was nice enough for us to get an idea of what we were planning on renting. If it wasn't for Admin Lady and my wife that kept following up, nothing would have been sent to us. She NEVER told me that I had to pay for a full installation of my DSTV...WHY would I pay for another installation if I already have a dish of my own??? Up until now it’s only been about MONEY!!!! Your company has no idea what CUSTOMER SERVICE means...When I got to my unit on Friday my grass has not even been cut yet...did I seriously pay R19000 for this????Her response was...they just waiting for it to grow first... Are you running a business or a funny farm. Mine and my wife’s finger print has not been sorted out either, would you not say a good service would have been for it to be sorted out on Friday?? My wife gets home at 20:00 every other day of the week, the guy told her straight that he cannot accommodate her...that’s it...WHY are we paying so much money??? If I knew all of this I would not have moved in @ the arch. This all seems like a money making racket. As for your staff, please send them for the necessary training on how to look presentable when meeting a client for the first time, also on what you actually showing your client on the first day...KNOW your PRODUCT, and please teach them how to give ALL the necessary details through to the client so the client can prepare themselves financially. I can't begin to explain how dissatisfied I am, but I’m sure this doesn't matter to any of you as I have already paid and signed a 12 month lease...so you got what you wanted, why would you care.
