Unreliable Agency due to struggling to get the refund for the deposit which is due to us.

Hi We had a lease agreement with Seef properties for our daughter's residence from last year April 2021 until last month which we're due for refund with regards to the deposit which as per our lease agreement it was supposed to paid back within 14 to 21 days however to date the refund hasn't been refunded as yet we given a run around were been told that the owner is out of town and unable to make payment and no communication from their side we constantly have to follow up from our side and we never missed payment through out the duration of the contract or made late payments however the service we getting from this Agency is not acceptable because we urgently need this cash Bianca is just not helpful at all we're just being ignored like literally!! I believe this is the kind of service they used to given to thier clients because my daughter was sharing the flat with her friend and her family is also not getting assist from them to date!!!!
