UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

i am the owner of 2 (two) properties in Bethal, Mpumalanga. So due to Seeff Properties' astounding good name, I implored the Bethal Branch to rent out my two properties with means to sell, seeing that me and my family relocated to Hazyview, Mpumalanga. Unfortunately, thus far my experience with Seeff Properties Bethal has not been great. Herewith, just a few pointers for the reason of my complaint: Seeff Bethal has been doing repairs on both my properties, without any authorization and not sending us 3 quotations as that is obviously standard procedure. Countless emails and Whatsapp messages has been sent to Seeff Bethal without any reply.On top of it all they just simply deducted money from both my properties' rent to cover costs to which we never agreed to. And further more we still did not receive any quotes or invoices for the repairs / maintenance.<br> We will not cover any expenses for damages done to my property if unprofessional and unequipped personnel take over from a lady (whom may I add did one hell of good job) and then just pull up their shoulders to any and all enquiries we have!
