Unprofessional conduct from Seeff Properties in Midrand

Having signed a 3 month sole mandate with Comfort Molapo Of Seeff on 24 August 2018 we not only gave him a complete description of our property, he also did a full inspection of the property as well as arranging numerous photos of the property. This was uploaded onto Property 24, however on the 29th August we accessed the site to discover a completely wrong description ( 4 beds, should be 3, alulimium windows (wood windows), incorrect levies, and many more, not to mention the poor description of the property. We asked him to correct this on 29 August, and after checking on the 30 August, some of these errors had still not been corrected. We again requested Comfort to correct this. On the 1st September we checked again, still the same. On calling him, he was disinterested and said it was the administrators fault not his. Surely this is his responsibility to check as he is selling the property. This now jeapordises the sale and is of great embarrassment to us as we thought we were signing a mandate with a professional and reputable estate agency. Now we are locked into the 3 month mandate knowing that it is highly unlikely that it will attract discerning buyers under his watch. His unprofessional behavior is also of great concern
