unprofessional behavior

Dear Sir,<br> I have used Seeff in both the selling and buying process.<br> The agent:<br> Told me that the commission is not negotiable, the agent was dishonest about the supply of good house in the area, and this misled me in my selling process.<br> Had no interest in me once he deal was done.<br> Has not supp**** the approved building plans on the new house that I bought.<br> Colluding with agent not to negotiate commission resulted in me paying more for the home that I bought.<br> Many attempts has been made to contact the Seeff master licensee (Glenvista) which were ignored. I have also asked for Samuel Seeff contact details and this was not forthcoming.<br> Delay tactic used until registration was done.<br> <br> kind regards <br> Hemant
