Unprofessional and unnaceptable service - Rental

Seeff is the rental agents for a flat that I rented for two years in Potchefstroom. After giving due notice, the flat was vacated on 20/11/2017. On the same day, I requested Seeff to perform an inspection and then reimburse my deposit. I have addressed mails to the agent with no replies. I have left messages for the agent to call me back - No response to date. I have requested Seeff Head office to contact me - No response. I see myself as having been a good tenant, but this obviously means very little to this company. Never ever again will I do any business with this company. I will be placing my property on the market in the next month and will consider other agents to assist with the process.
