Terrible service delivery by Seeff Shelly Beach

I am in the process of buying property in Ramsgate. The Offer to Purchase was signed on 25 September. It is now 10 November and the Agent up to today could not arrange for electrical and beetle certificate. There is also a delay with signing of papers with the lawyers appointed. Overall the service is pathetic and unnecessary delays
