Terrible rental experience

Paid a gas deposit for an empty gas bottle. Paid a key deposit only to receive just one gate tag for two people. The furnished tumbledryer doesn't work, and I don't get much of a response from the agency about getting it fixed and to top it all off, the flat was so dirty before we took occupance that we had to spend 3 days cleaning before we wanted to bring any of our things in.
