terrible communication

good day <br> <br> on the 21st of August i saw an add on property24 advertising a 1 bedroom flat to rent ,in town, in Worcester. I then contacted the agent, Marie-Louise, who works for Seef in Worcester. I then contacted her and asked her if the place has been taken and she said no and neither did she say that there are applications pending approval or that there's someone else that has app****.<br> <br> I was working the Friday so i could not go into their office to fill in an application form. I naturally assumed that they were closed on Saturday and Sunday so i went in Monday morning around 10:00. As i entered, my wife and i introduced our selves and told the agent we were interested in the place she then again failed to inform us that anyone else has app**** or that anyone else has been approved before us. we filled in the application and waited 2 days for an answer only to hear that someone else supposedly was approved before us and they are taking the place. <br> <br> we cant understand how and when this other person app**** before us and why did we only hear about them now.something doesn't sound or feel right and whats worse is we had our hearts set on that place to move the 1st of September 2015.
