Tennant credit worthyness and payment of rent

<p>Seeff Properties at Richards Bay put tennants with a bad credit history in our flat at 22 Stepping stones Richards Bay. We did ask Desire if they were credit worthy and she have said that they were. Three months later and the tennants refused to pay their rent. Catherine Chetty at Seeff did not give the tennants notice as requested and give us the impression that she dont care much that tennants possibly break our place down or whether they pay rent or not. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
