Strand Rentals: horrible service

<p>I rented out through them, just before leaving for abroad for 3 years. Their tenants complained about everything - even about the people across the road. I paid for a trellidoor to be installed at th back of the house, to prevent the existing door from banging onto th car, and they had it installed in the front. Just to spite me. Since February 2017, they could not being themselves to fix that. They also allowed the tenant to move out at one weeks' notice, without allowing me to ask for the usual penalty to be installed. There is no plan to fix the damages caused by their horrible tenant. the other tenants in the block were happy to see them go, because they would even complain about the 3 year old little girl next door. </p>
