SHERWIN BROPHY - POOR SERVICE

I have signed and agreed to a property purchase from a deceased estate. I am dealing with an estate agent named Sherwin Brophy from seeff properties based in kzn pietermaritzburg.

His lack of communication and ability to correctly relay my requests to the estate executor is appealing.

He has really left a sour taste in purchasing a first property, which ought to be exciting.

Even when it comes to the animals on the property which the belonged to the deceased person, he has recommended they be sent to the Spca, instead to been rehomed, he is putting them to an inevitable death. This is shocking! Seeff properties appoint an agent that works like this!

Sherwin Brophy reads messages on whatsapp, blueticks them and advising three days later, sorry he is busy, but he will get back to me. Despite the initial complaint to him of my dissatisfaction, he still does not do damage control.

I would recommend you do business with seeff if the agents they employ are like Sherwin Brophy, his service will make you hate purchasing a property and animal *****s like myself will buy a property knowing he is sending them to their deaths.
