#seeffproperty EDENVALE #Deposit ****

I'm writing this review with high disappointment with Seeffe Edenvale, we had been living at The Reid Estate unit 192 for 2 yrs , upon moving in Day the apartment was filthy,drains blockes and broken lights we had to clean up a mess left by the previous tenant, all this was reported to the previous realtor by the name of Gilbert who soon resigned a few months later, new people where put in place by the name of Marc Fauciglietti and phenicia komape these two agents have never met us nor spoken to us until last year October when the washing machine stained all our laundry leaving us with damaged work uniform and clothes aswell a technician was sent out to come fix the washing machine he came through opened the device and said to be a filter issues he cleaned it up and left the machine was not tested as we were loadshedded, the technician left so we had to test the machine later that evening and we did so but the machine was worse than before and had a horandeous noise when spin drying along with metal sounds so we reported back to the technician at this point we had to wait for the technicians to come back they on the 10th of November a different company was dispatched and they checked the washing machine reported back to the owner that the machine is old and needs to be replaced proving we had nothing to do with the fault however we had moved out on the 24th on December 2022 till to date we have not recieved our deposit these 2 agents(Marc Fauciglietti phenicia komape) are holding back our money and taking us back and forth first of all we have been in an apartment for 2 good years nobody has called us nor done a certain inspection or either maintenance at all, the apartment was filthy as mentioned above no pai ting was done no maintenance was done before or during our stay we paid our rent on the 25th of every month no issues whatsoever, I will proudly say Seeff has the worst service and have no respect nor do they value their clients especially people of colour, this will not be the end of this I will report this matter to RHT and every other social media portals.
