Seeff, why a landlord should never use them (Seeff Edenvale)

Firstly, I paid my rent and deposit and they only sent me the lease agreement 3 weeks after! Then they wanted me to sign it with out seeing the body corporate rules, I had to beg them for the documents. The lease agreement Western Cape scratched out and Gauteng written above! How do they not have a Gauteng lease agreement? I have only seen the agent for a viewing and never again and now they send me the last page of the agreement that was never sent with the original PDF. The service is just absolutely disgusting.
