Seeff Tulbagh use farm name to mislead customers.

On 14 March Nelia Retief from Seeff Tulbagh advertised a property under the name BERGPLAAS. As it is our farm's name, we got calls from all over and also alot of questions from business associates. We contacted her directly and she said that it is an anonymous person's property, she just used the name BERGPLAAS. We formally asked her and Pierre Germishuys from Seeff Franschoek, which is the license holder for Seeff Tulbagh, to please rectify the mislead adverti*****t in the next property paper of Die Burger, and told them that they don't have the right to use any farm's name to sell their properties, as it is also against the Estate agents Affairs Board's Code of Conduct, which states clearly that they will always act in best favour of the public and not to publish information that is false or confusing. Pierre told our lawyer that he will not rectify the adverti*****t and he will contact us personally... Till this day and date (14 April) not Pierre or Nelia have contacted us in any way. I think it is a shame on Seeff's name as basic manners and consideration is the basis for any good and honest business deal. I will NEVER do business with Seeff!!
