Seeff Secunda substandard services

I have been waiting for ppl to come paint my bathroom, when they did come they didn't keep time and resulted in me being late for work, the following day the were to come finish up what they started but they never pitched now Seeff tells me they cannot work on Sunday's and I've to again make a plan to be here during the week. The agent has not once visited the flat for a routine check up. I am deliberately going to skip payment this month.

Very disgruntled tenant.
