Seeff Sandton - Haajee Hoosen and Vining Camerer

this is for Seeff Sandton (JHB) Dealt with Seeff regarding a property I purchased . HAAJEE HOOSEN was the name of the agent who from day 1 was extremely unprofessional. She **** and hid info about the property and still owes me money up to now for items promised but not given related to the property, as I confirmed certain aspects of the property with her while the transfer was in progress however on day of transfer a different story was given. She then disappeared after transfer and keys were given and left me as the client since she pocketed her commission. I even provided her with invoices for the items I had to replace or fix due to her lies and she just ignored.

2nd issue was using their in house conveyancers Vining Camerer - please stay away from this small time company run by Ishrat and Cindy. They are extremely ***********. Cindy who seems to run the place is unresponsive and refuses to take calls. They managed my transfer which led to occupational rent been paid by the sellers to me, the sellers (Mohammed and Fatima Sayanvala) stole fixed items and damaged the property before vacating and on transfer Vining just left things as is. My Advice - when buying a property through Seeff please choose your own conveyancing attorneys
