seeff property - accused me from being disrespectful

Good Day, i wanted to view a property in Centurion on Saturday at 12:00, i was in the area because i viewed another property as well at 11:00. I requested a location but didn't receive any location up until 16:01 that afternoon by on of their PA's. Explaining that there was load shedding and her phone died - i rep**** " no problem" because its understandable.

The person that was suppose to show me the property called me today - accusing me, saying that i;m disrespectful because i didn't pitched for the property viewing. telling me how bad i am. and that i'm wasting her time etc. but i had no place to go.
