Seeff Properties Richards Bay

Hi We have been leasing out our property in Richards Bay with Seeff Properties. Since Sept 2013. We are always experiencing late payments from them and all they say is we have send a letter of demand. If I don't ask when will I receive payment I will not know. I do not know what to do anymore to receive service we deserve. Please advise? Regards Unhappy Client
