Seeff Properties - poor property management

I have had the most unprofessional experience with Seeff Sandton. I have been sent pillar to post and my email correspondence not being responded to but always receive emails regarding payments. It is ridiculous. the apartment is in shambles and nobody seems to care about the issues my housemate and I have been experiencing. I have now made contact over 4 time regarding my cupboard that fell on me while i was sleeping, it has been almost 4 months and numerous emails later and nothing. Instead I receive an email "Oops! so sorry, Gary has unfortunately left us - will get Lee onto this right away." on 18 July . I want this to be fixed as I am not paying rent to live in a dump! I would never recommend the apartment or Seeff to anyone. Why do I have to be a nag and log complaints to receive the service I should from the beginning??
