SEEFF Properties is unreliable

It has been 7 months since I signed a offer to purchase contract with SEEFF. They promised me that it would take 3 months to sell the property after signing the contract.

Is this acceptable? I am not allowed to cancel the contract, but the buyer is taking forever to make the final payment.
