Seeff Properties Goodwood - Orchid Road Tyger

On 8/05/2015 I saw a 'for sale' add in the Tygerburger local newspaper for the above premises. I phoned the agent Johan Groenewald , and asked if I could view the property. He met my son and myself at the above address and showed me around. On arriving at home I phoned him to make an offer on the house. He brought the paper work and we signed the legal offer what already had two other offers subject to the sale of their homes. We bought, renovated and sold 30+ homes in 46 years and has never seen an offer like this.
