My family and I have been renting a 2-bedroom house in the RDP section of Vredenburg through SEEFF Properties since September 29, 2023. Despite initial promises to address listed issues, the property has consistently required significant maintenance, with ongoing problems including structural issues, electrical concerns, and leakages. Although we've reported these issues and made timely payments, many remain unresolved.

Recently, we've experienced electricity supply issues, which the agent has refused to address until we pay our rent, despite our payment history being up to date. This lack of response and care for our situation is concerning, especially given the impact on my children.

We urge SEEFF Properties to take immediate action to resolve these issues and provide adequate support to their clients.
