Seeff Polokwane
I rented out a property in bendor for my mother, when she arrived there were issues of water, gates, garage doors, the garages and gates would open and close when the neighbour opened and closed theirs, she reported this and they told her the owner is oversees and she would fix when shes back. Lets just say she never came back. Then three months before the lease expired they called my mother to notify her that the owner wishes not to extend the leave, fair. Then the owner called my mother to notify her aswell. Then day in and day out this owner was going in and out of the house disturbing the peace of my mother, putting cupboards, painting etc cause she cant wait for her to move first to fix the house. Then seeff employees, kept calling my mother asking her when she would be moving out, my mother said the 31st and seeff employees responded that they want her to be out on Friday 28th of March 2025, and she responded that it wont be possible then they told her that if she wishes to move out on the 31st it would have to be before 12pm or else they would charge her R500 for penalties, she asked them if they would pay her that R500 if she were to move on the 28th, and obviously not. After this the owner calls and asks my mother when she plans on moving.
To cut it short, seeff polokwane is very unprofessional, full of old bullies that do not know the meaning of a contract and this contract must actually favour them, they dont care if the place you are moving to is ready or not, they want you out when it suits them. They must actually be closed down, they dont deserve to work with people. If she doesn’t get her deposit back ill be in your offices all the way from Johannesburg, because you like bullying elderly people. Con artists these people
