SEEFF Pennington *************
<p>Sooooo disgusted with SEEFF in Pennington Natal. When we moved into the rental house, we had to pay R3000( utility dep) for the water and lights to be switched on, when it was already switched on because the lights where turned on and off by a day and night switch. We had to pay R8500 for a rental house of R5000 p\m before we could move in.</p> <p>We gave notice 3 Weeks prior to us moving out of the house. The rental agent said to use and confirmed on the day of inspection that we will get the R5000 dep back because we left on the 7th Feb. The payment will take between 7 -10 days. </p> <p>When we left there was an outstanding water and electricity bill of just over a R1000 and two keys to be cut. We understood that it was going to be deducted from the R8500. </p> <p>After 3 weeks we were still waiting for the dep to be paid into our account, as she said it will take 7 to 10 days......</p> <p>We started asking the rental agent called Connie what was going on, we have been waiting 29 days now. She kept talking in circles never gave a strait answer.</p> <p>We received a rude whatsapp back from Connie " O' please Riaan,".......and that all the R8500 has been deducted. Clearly she did not know what to tell us and got annoyed. She spoke to us like we were todlers.</p> <p>When I asked about the invoice of the R3000 that we paid for the water and lights to be put on....she rep**** that they kept it for late payment and they keeping the R5000 for March rent. </p> <p>I am furious as to what we have been told and what is actually happening. When we phoned seeff head office in Cape their area manager are aware of this lady professionalism and rudness but we had to contact the manager in Pennington, which we did then......easy just to pass the buck! </p> <p>We received a email from the manager in Pennington with all sorts of excuses and believe in this lady's poor people skills and said she was professional case closed! </p> <p>Of all the payments to the deposits we made, we never received and invoices....</p> <p>We will never advice anyone to rent\ buy through Seeff!</p> <p>Really disgusted and being fooled!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
