Seeff is a terrible rental agency!

I moved into a Seeff managed apartment on 30 November 2023 and the apartment was filthy with a lot do things that were not repaired prior to me moving in. I notified the agency through Michelle on the same days, sent photos and videos and she never responded or sent anyone to fix these things. A moving in inspection was conducted 3 days after I moved in and I again raised my concerns regarding the leaking shower tap, the rotten cupboard due to a leak, the leaking washing machine, the loose shower door, the dirty balcony walls and other things and nothing was done. I have followed up with Marc for months now and they only sent someone on the 08th of January to inspect what's wrong with the washing machine and until this day, it is still leaking and it hasn't been fixed. Last week, I had another contractor come to my unit and all he did was fix the loose cupboard hinge and the leak in the shower. He told me that he's not an all rounder and can't assist with anything else yet I was told that they are sending a contractor that can fix everything. Please also note that everything that is broken was meant to be included in the moving in inspection report which. ..Over and above this, my rental statement is always incorrect... ALWAYS!!! I need everything fixed before the 15th or else I will not be paying rent and Seeff will move me to a better unit at your cost!!!
