Seeff Hout Bay is useless

We are renting a property through Seeff in Hout Bay... Paid 6 months in advance plus a double deposit and (over R100 000!) and we did an immediate pay and clear.. The agent told us she can't access try accoint and that we can only move in on Monday meaning we have to stay at our guesthouse for an additional 3 nights. I think this is absolute nonsense and the word part is they will get away with it. Customer service in South African is truly pathetic
