Seeff Hillcrest

bought house- from Seeff in hillcrest, 1. no plans for the house only sketches- no original plans 2. No sale declaration- 3. all garage motors broken- not declared 4. House was left in a disgusting state, Unhygienic 5. transfer had gone thru- took a week before we got the keys 6. gutters broken off. 7. Agents don't even get back to you after the sale 8. electrical compliance- is in question. 9. left all there ******* and s**** in the house. 10. seems Animals and agents must have lived there.

Not what I would expect from an international standard estate agent. My advice don't make the same mistake as us.
