Seeff consultant forged documents

First of all I would like to know if it is common practice for your agents to forge documents?

Fill in there own amounts , fill in made up dates when they say agreements were signed ? Wouldn't this make it forged?

Do you really want your name being associated with agents who are committing a crime.

You agent who happens to be related to the property owner (property within property) spoke to me twice once in Feb and once on Apr I have proof of phone call and smses ( I do not even have an email address) I haven't heard from him since April.

He heard via the owner with whom he is related, that I finally made a sale from no work of his own since it is almost August and I haven't heard from him for 3 months there has been one person to see my property in April and not even a courtesy call he all of a sudden wants. Commission.

Firstly what he has done is against the law so I trust you will investigate and I suggest not having someone on your team who does this because if he can do this to me who else has he done it to and what else has he forged in your office.

Secondly I do believe that if he had done the work absolutely he should get the commission but only since he heard I have a buyer he jumped up and is like I need my commission (keep in mind he hasn't spoken to me just the owner of the property who is his brother so all of. Sudden they both believe they can get more money) the owner gets a cut of the sale already and now his brother needs commission too.

3rdly I will be taking this matter to the police as it is a forged document.

I truely hope you investigate because seeff is a good company and has a good name and I am sure this is not common practice.
