SEEFF and their Franchise model is bust

This is a franchise operation that has lost all control. I have had dealings with the SEEFF Groot Constantia franchise which has been appalling. I got the Chairman, and a Founder of SEEFF, to investigate. He did but he was by all accounts fobbed-off. I am a UK Chartered Surveyor, and a former CEO of a R10bn commercial property company, and I have never seen conduct so ***********, unprofessional and disdainful. I would not want anyone else to be on the end of dealings with SEEFF. I don't care that they might have a big market share; they don't deserve to be in business. I am now getting the PPRA and 'Small Claims Court' involved. The Rental Housing Tribunal got a submission from me nearly 2 weeks ago now. SEEFF is not a good advert for Cape Town or SA. It is a broken business model. Time for a change of ownership - and for mis-management to become proper management - and 'hawks' should circle. Shareholder value is being eroded.
