Seef *********

I rented an apartment through Seef in Umhlanga for a 12 month period, renewable. I explained to the agent that I want to live here long term. I was informed the owner was an investor and long term would be possible After the initial 12 months, I renewed for a further 12 months, with a 10% increase. For the renewal I signed a document and sent back. Didn't received a signed copy back***ners signature). Note this sets precedence. Close to the end of the second 12 month, I was emailed to enquire if I want to renew for a further 12 months. I rep**** with an email stating I do, but I proposed an increase below 10%. I received an email saying this was agreed. I then received an agreement, which I signed and emailed back. I reviewed an email saying it was received. About a month later, I receive an email saying they are not renewing. I was under the impression it was renewed. I approached legal representation, and notified the admin representative from Seef that I now have legal representation and all communication needs to go through my attorney. She refused. I am pretty sure it is my constitutional right for this. They have now added approximately 20 months charges, that were never billed(municipal amounts, no proof) all at once. When I was previously told that I have been over charged, so I must stop with those payments. Now they add all at once, buy it does not add up to the average I was paying. Seef seems to be a very ********* company.
