I moved out of a place I was renting from Seeff. They did an exit inspection and were charging me R1500 for painting a wall and cleaning the place. I disputed this, as I found the charges were very high. I received a reply saying she would investigate and get back to me. They do not investigate this at all, and instead after cut off date, send me another exit inspection invoice, this time for R2550.

I told them it is completely unacceptable, but they are not interested in resolving and have told me I am responsible for this.

This includes painting of walls and fixing door frames which were already like that when we had moved in.

They have taken complete advantage of me.
