Rental disaster

<p>We are using this company to rent out our property. I never saw pictures of this property on the market but they got us a tenant within a few days. We were reassured that the tenant was properly vetted and he pays rent well in advance. That they are very professional in vetting prospective tenants. Hardly 6 months into the contract, the tenant was late to pay rent. Nothing was done about it. Now 8months into the contract the tenant is sitting pretty in our house not paying rent. I asked the agency to get quotations for doors and rails, repair them and give us the bill. It never happened. They are supposed to be managing the property but we had to do it because they were not bothered. Is either they are going for training or writing exams. The terms of the contract were not enforced on this tenant the 1st time he failed to pay. We had to question them about this when he failed to pay the 2nd time around before anything could be done. They were not even aware that the tenant failed to pay rent or they decided to overlook it as they did before. We have to keep on probing for them to acknowkedge that we even exist. Once the property is in their hands you stop to exist. No communucation at all. They just can't be bothered.</p>
