Refund query

I am so annoyed by Seeff properties, I have paid seeff properties R 1000 to secure a rental house in Protea Glen(glen ridge ext 16 ) on the 11.11.2018 and I was later advised by the consultant on the 20.11.2018 that the house is no longer available and I will receive my refund of R 1000 21.11.2018 ,I have provided her with my banking details and she assured me that the money will be paid the next day however there was no money paid,I phoned her again on the 22.11.2018 and she said some guy in the office delayed but payment is in progress and will be paid 15:00 pm ,and nothing was paid,on the 23.11.2018 I phoned her again and she said they will be paying me month end I then told that I need the money urgently why must I wait for that long whereas they said they have no available place,I will never recommend anyone to use their service,because they will add to your stress
