****** encounter with agent dismissed

In my previous review,I shared my ****** encounter with Samantha from Seeff Properties in Cape Town.The ceo Ross contacted me,Samantha only tried contacted me after my ****** post was popular on Instagram.Ross told me that since Samantha works with black people and one of the tenants of the property she was an agent for happened to be black,it was not possible for Samantha to start being ******.

He dismissed all evidence of my white friend seeing it as ****** as well as individuals on social media resharing my experience and calling it out for ******.Ross assured me that the matter would be handled and nothing was done.He simply claimed that an “external report was conducted” but that he was “unable to share it”.I have evidence of every call and message yet nothing was done. No apology was given.

This is something that has been uncalled for from a well known property company.A company denying ****** took place despite evidence pointing that it did.
