****** in Cape Town

I had the worst experience with your Cape Town City centre agent by the name of Samantha. I phoned her and sent her multiple messages about a property I was interested in.She ignored me and was seen online many times.She did not respond to my emails.

I asked my white friend to contact Samantha on my behalf and she responded to her messages.This is not something I would have expected from a well known real estate company!

I have evidence of the emails,phone call and messages on WhatsApp of me contacting her and my friend contacting her.I am disappointed
