Poor Service

I'm lost for words, beyond disappointed with the service we received from Shane from Seeff @Hillcrest. The agent was suppose to assist with finding a tenant. So when he found a tenant he refused to provide any employment confirmation or even any report that confirm that they had done their due diligence. The so called tenant stayed for less than a month, left the property with a notice, damaged and stoled our equipment. Where do I report this agent?
