Poor service

I would never recommend Seeff Properties in Springbok Northern Cape.. Very nice and friendly when they want you to rent from them but at the end of the day when I wanted to move out the agent was unreachable for days, coming up with one excuse to the other. No replies, blueticks and unanswered phone calls. Stayed my months notice only to be told at the end of the notice they won't give me back my deposit. Ask the agent why, giving a lot of stories, then switch her phone off saying she will be out of town for 14days. I had to move out unhappy, no further communication from agent as I want to have a clear understanding as to how she decided the fact that I'm not getting my deposit back. Please to save yourself the trouble Do Not Make Use Of this people..
