Poor Service

I was renting a house through Seeff Properties, where there was a middle man(Barplats Mine Ltd C/O Sunshine housing involved. I paid a deposit of R9650.00 which was not paid to me in full after the checklist was signed and Seeff was happy with the outspection. I relocated the 30 June 2017. Was waiting 60 days for my deposit, no interest on deposit. All of a sudden they deducting a municipal account for the month of July which I did not even stayed there anymore. Please assist in this matter..
