Poor Job by Seeff Agent in Wilgeheuwel

We were referred to an area agent (Claudia) who deals with sales in Wilgeheuwel.

We have had an unpleasant experience with this agent from the word "go"

This review is all facts:

Claudia met us and promised us the world as many agents would do in order to get the listing. We have previously dealt with Seeff and had a much more pleasant experience, hence we moved foward with Seeff.

Immediately we had discussed with Claudia about the sale of another home which does not fall in her area. She basically went behind the other agent's back and visited the property, trying to sell the home to "her clients as she put it."

When we confronted her about discussing the issue with the Honeydew agent she became very agressive and confrontational. This already was a red flag for us.

In the interim Claudia has been extremely unprofessional marketing our home in a manner which does not satisfy us as she provides no feedback and permanently has excuses not to meet with us. She has to pick up kids, other appointments, its too early, its too late, I forgot the documents at the office etc etc.

I have since asked her to amend the mandate as this too was done in an unprofessional manner where she made us sign an incomplete document and has failed to provide one to us in the last two weeks. We want to change to a one month closed mandate, thereafter an open mandate.

This morning we had a shouting match and it was conclusive between her and ourselves that we are not happy with her poor work ethic and don't want her to market the home anymore. She was quite loud, agrressive as well and confrontational. "She said I must not speak to her like she is my child, and I can go to hell."

In the interim, understandably she was quite upset, starting sending whatsapp messages saying Seeff will hold us liable for marketing costs.

We are indeed very upset. This agent does not even ask how we would like to communicate with her. We prefer phone calls or sms. She has only been on whattsapp, how unprofessional, and too top it off does not answer calls most times and turns her data off.

We are busy trying to reach Seeff management to discuss this matter, and try to resolve amicably.
