Poor communication

Seeff is the agent of my neighbours which has a HUGE thorntree which is the reason for my complaint. The thorns falls onto my driveway..thorns, flowers and glue!! I have complaint since last year 13 October and although the agent was very friendly and always said she contacted the owner it is now at the point where I want to lodge a complaint /claim at a lawyer seeing that nothing has been done to the tree. I have also now just had to replace another tyre as a result of the thorns!! The owner is in Namibia and according to SEEFF it is difficult to reach him..they do not want to give me the owners details, so I can go to court for small claims and and this stage I do not know who is going to help me. The tree just get bigger and bigger and its all for my expense as I have to fix my tyres constantly and buy new ones - the last one was 13 January 2016 - cost me R620 - I have the tyre and receipt to show that it was as a result of 2 thorns. SEEF has not yet contacted me again and I do not know where to turn to!! The whole time they just tell me that they are not my agent and its not their problem that I sit with flat tyres..I must get a family member to come change my tyres :(
