Pillar to Post but no Service Delivery!!!

I have had a lease agreement with this property management agency in Randburg for the past 5 years. I have had issues with their services for the past 2 years as their maintenance department has not been servicing my requests. The property is has numerous issues that have been reported but their service level management is dismal. I have been assigned two new agents in the past year but I have not seen any service delivery yet I am to pay rent and interest should I default in payment. The recent issue is the tiles on the front porch that have been reported in April but not been replaced to date, the most recent issue is the bedroom plugs that have not been fixed after a power surge that happened 2 months ago. All they have done is inspections and quotations but none of the issues I have raised in the past 2 years have been resolved promptly. I am not receiving value for money from SEEF Randburg.
