Patrick James Foley- Dishonest and *********

<p>Mr Patrick James Foley contacted me asking to market my property for sale. I allowed him access to take photos to market my property. I told him the asking price which is what the other agents are listing it as.</p> <p>The following day, Mr Foley took it upon himself to advertise my property online at a price considerably lower than I had given him. After calling him to correct the sale price and bring me a legal mandate to allow him to advertise my property, he still has not done so. After my attorney contacted him to do same, the property is still listed, and at the incorrect price. This is prejudicing myself as well as the estate agents who have been working on sales based on the correct selling price. How can an agent *********ly and *******ly get away with this and lose the client money of his own accord??</p> <p>He has duly been reported to The Estate Agency Board. </p>
