Pathetic service from Seeff properties and ****inson and Theunissen incl

I bought a house in Morningside Durban through an Agent from seeff Annette Burd , they were rushing so much to pay all the money in time I made a cash payment for the property on 14th and 15th December 2021 to the attorneys that they chose ****inson and Theunissen Inc the most pathetic bunch of attorneys ever ...I paid my transfer fees in January 2022 ....I waited for my things to be processed while I was staying in the flat I was renting with my 2 children ...I spoke to Ajenine Govender from the attorneys office almost every week to get an update since she never bothered to update me on anything she assured me that everything will be through by the 28th February 2022 I asked her several times if she was sure she said yes everything is moving fast and I can give my notice at the flat ...until it was the last week of February and I had to leave the flat she then tells me that unfortunately she has not even lodged to the.deeds office and she needed more time and it was a short month ...at that time I have nowhere to go with my kids ...I had to move into a lodge that I have to pay alot of money for just to stay...she only lodge on the 3rd of March today it's the 11th of March I'm still without a home and suddenly Noone wants to be accountable for this ...the service is so pathetic I'm greatly disappointed I have lost so much of money and this whole things is causing alot of emotional stress to myself and my children...Seeff properties and ****inson and Theunissen attorneys I will never refer anyone to these people with such pathetic and slow service....I was given the wrong information and misled and non of them want to be accountable.
