Pathetic service from rental agency

I have moved to Richards Bay and rented a property from seeff in January 2018. My deposit and 1st month rental was paid in full before I had moved in. Since we have moved we have had countless problems with the property and have even given seeff a snaglist within the first week of us moving in. Our toilet had not been working and was only fixed 4 weeks later. My stove top does not work, my aircons in my main bedroom and lounge does not switch on at all. clearly these were never serviced! We were promised a house fitted with curtain rails only to be told by the landlord :" heres a drill you sought it out"'. Over and above this all, the property has been on sale since before we even signed our lease, and we were never disclosed this information only to be troubled on the 1st sunday we moved in by potential buyers and our home being on show. This is extremely unprofessional on their part. all our emails are ignored. we only get told a contractor will be sent, but to date we are suffering in 35 degrees without aircons, a dysfunctional stove and and a whole list of issues which never got repaired.
