Over Charging

<p>Having signed a lease as a tenant, I believe that the agency is double charging for the same service.The tenant pays for R750 handling fee upfront for contractual services, a service they offer the tenant</p> <p>Why does the tenant have to pay for all Inspection fees @ R300 per inspection, when this is the service they offer the Landlord to ensure that the general upkeep of the place and that they have selected a good tenant.</p>
