not adhering to business practice...false promises

I recently purchased a property through seeff.the property had tenants whose leased expired 30/11/2015.we were assured all will be in order as the rental department would have taken before and after pics of the home.I am totally disappointed.the tenant moved out 31/11 and his full deposit was refunded prior to an inspection was done.tenant removed tv bracket.mirror on wall and burnt stove top.At a meetin g with owner jan van vermeulen he cannt make a claim against tenant cos deposit was already given bck to tenant.CLEARLY QUEENSBURGH BRANCH does not align itself with seeffs values and beliefs..so beware propective pple wanting to rent out their properties..this surely goes against seeffs branding...will samuel seef kindly contact me
