Non-payment of outstanding balance

Seeff Independent Agency hasn't paid an invoice for closing fees which was sent to them. They keep refusing to pay the outstanding amount on the invoice. They are not honest and I wouldn't recommend anyone do business for them or with them as they are not professional and misrepresentation is their style of doing business.
