No documentation more than 1 year after transfer

A letter was sent to the MD of this branch requesting outstanding plans and solar geyser warranty in June 2015. In September I spoke to the Chris ( title below) who personally promised a resolution. After numerous calls and more empty promises, bad attitude by Jess I still have nothing. Posting in their Facebook page means nothing to this company as you also get ignored there.Another 5 months gone and still nothing from the agent Jess McDowell and the Operations Director - Chris - who verbally promised that he would personally ensure this would be resolved. What a load of crock as Chris is now ignoring my calls and after calling a month ago I was given attitude by Jess who was argumentative with me. Obviously this entire branch and its management have NO business integrity.<br> And still Jess has the audacity to ask if I would resell my propert through them ! Stupidity and unawareness knows no bounds in her case.<br> NEVER buy or sell property from these people
