Never use Seeff Edenvale for Rental Property

1. Lease type and amount kept changing when I had signed agreement in writing numerous times<br> 2. Owner (me) and Tenant not getting Paid. Confirmed in writing would be by 7th of each month - still do not get paid on time<br> 3. Escalated to Principal and get no reply<br> 4. Seeff paid contractor in error and takes the amount off from paying me the owner - waiting for over a month for Seeffs error for monies owed to me<br> 5. No update in terms of approved contractors to install blinds for months
